A document evidencing the customer's physical address within the same country as the phone number being purchased, dated within the past 3 months. Acceptable documents include utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, landline telephone), bank statements, tax notices, or government-issued correspondence. The document must clearly show (1) the full name of the individual or registered business name, (2) the complete physical address (street, postal code, city, country), and (3) the document issue date. The document must be submitted as a PDF or clear color scan. Screenshots, handwritten documents, mobile phone bills (when not the proof of residence), and bills older than 3 months are not acceptable.

Example: A PDF of an Iberdrola electricity bill dated within the last 90 days, addressed to the customer at a Spanish residential address, for a Spain phone number order. The bill must show the customer's name, full service address, and the issuer's logo and billing date.

Contact information for the business or end user, including: (1) the name of the contact person (full given name and family name), (2) the business name when the end user is a business (registered legal name where applicable; may be omitted or stated as 'N/A' for individual end users), and (3) one or more contact phone numbers where the business or end user can be reached. Contact person name and at least one phone number are mandatory; business name is required only when the end user is a business entity. Phone numbers should be in international E.164 format where possible.

Example: Contact: Maria García López | Business: Bloom & Petal Florist Ltd. | Phone: +34 612 345 678. For individual end users: Contact: John Smith | Business: N/A | Phone: +1 (555) 123-4567.

Either (a) a clear color copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued ID or passport for the individual end user (issued by the same country as the phone number); OR (b) a copy of the company registration or incorporation certificate issued by the local government registry of that same country. The choice depends on whether the end user is an individual (option a) or a business (option b). Documents from countries other than the phone number's country are not acceptable. ID/passports must show full name, photograph, date of birth, document number, and expiration date and must not be expired. Business certificates must show legal name, registration number, registration date, and registered address.

Example: For an individual end user with a Spanish phone number: a color scan of both sides of a Spanish DNI. For a business end user with a Spanish phone number: a copy of the company's registration certificate from the Spanish Registro Mercantil.

A valid, real-world physical address located in the same country as the phone number being purchased. The address must include street name and number, postal or ZIP code, city, region or province (where applicable), and country. The address does not need to match the specific city or area code of the number; any address within the national borders is acceptable. P.O. boxes, virtual office addresses, mailbox-only services, and addresses outside the country of the phone number are not acceptable. The address should match the address shown on supporting identity or business registration documents where those are also required.

Example: For a Spanish phone number: Calle de Alcalá 42, 28014 Madrid, Spain. For a German phone number: Friedrichstraße 123, 10117 Berlin, Germany. The address must be a deliverable physical location, not a P.O. box or virtual mailbox.

The document must clearly show (1) the full name of the individual or registered business name (matching the order), (2) the complete physical address (street, postal code, city, country), and (3) the document issue date. Mobile phone bills, screenshots, handwritten documents, and bills older than 3 months are not acceptable.

Example: A PDF of the latest invoice from the customer's current phone provider, addressed to the end user at their registered address, with an issue date within the past 90 days; or an electricity utility bill with the same.

A clear and legible document must be provided to verify either the contractor’s business registration for business use or the identity of the individual designated as the person in charge for personal use. For business use, the contractor must provide a Certificate of Contractor in the form of either a Company Registered Matters certificate or a Certificate of Company Seal Registration dated within the last three months. If the person in charge is not clearly authorized through the contractor certificate alone, a supplemental Certificate of Authority must also be provided in the form of a Power of Attorney. The Power of Attorney must include the name and seal of the corporation’s representative and must clearly authorize the named person in charge to act on behalf of the corporation for this order. The company name shown on the contractor certificate must match the legal entity named on the order. For personal use, a Certificate of Person in Charge must be provided in the form of a clear color copy of a valid identity document belonging to the individual designated as the person in charge for this order. Acceptable documents include a local driver’s license with both the front and back sides together with a driving history certificate, a My Number Card showing the front side only, a Japanese passport, a health insurance card with the basic pension number and insurance number redacted, a National Pension Handbook, a Maternal and Child Health Handbook, a Seal Registration Certificate, a Basic Resident Registration Card, a Residence Card, a Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or a Certificate of Residence with the personal number, also known as My Number, redacted. Residence Cards, Special Permanent Resident Certificates, and Certificates of Residence must have been issued within the last three months where applicable. The name shown on the personal document must match the person in charge listed on the order. All documents must be current, valid, complete, and clearly legible. Incomplete documents, expired certificates, missing required seals, improperly redacted documents, or documents that do not clearly verify the required business registration, authority, or personal identity are not acceptable.

Example: For business use, a Company Registered Matters certificate showing the contractor’s legal company name and registration details, or a Certificate of Company Seal Registration issued within the last three months, may be provided. If supplemental authority is required, the upload should also include a Power of Attorney naming the person in charge and bearing the name and seal of the corporation’s representative. For personal use, acceptable examples include a color scan of the front and back of a valid Japanese driver’s license accompanied by a driving history certificate, the front side of a My Number Card, a valid Japanese passport, a Health Insurance Card with the insurance number and pension number redacted, a Residence Card issued within the last three months, or a Certificate of Residence with the personal number redacted. The submitted document must correspond to the order type and must match the entity or person in charge listed on the order.

A valid Belgian VAT registration number (BTW-nummer / numéro de TVA) issued by the Belgian tax authority. The submitted value must follow the format 'BE' followed by 10 digits, where the first digit is 0 or 1. The VAT number must correspond to the business named on the order. Belgian VAT numbers from companies that have been deregistered are not acceptable.

Example: BE0780.793.702 or BE0780793702 (both dotted and undotted formats acceptable). The country prefix must be 'BE' and the numeric portion must be exactly 10 digits.
