Finland toll-free phone number — $60/month
A toll-free number is free for the person calling you and reads as a national, established business line. It is an inbound number first: support lines, sales lines, and the number you print on a website.
Available on request. The carrier holds none of these in stock: Ringee places the order for you, and the carrier confirms availability and the final price before anything is charged.
Price verified September 16, 2026 against the carrier's price list. Billed monthly, after a $200 one-time setup fee.

What this number can do
- Voice calls
Voice is what the carrier's price for this type covers. Messaging and fax depend on the range the number is sourced from, so they are confirmed on the order instead of promised here.
Best for
- Inbound support and sales lines
- A national presence instead of a single city
- Campaigns where the caller should not pay
What Finland requires
These are the regulator’s own requirements, as the carrier publishes them. Ringee collects each one in the dashboard and tracks the review.
- 1
Contact Information (Name, Business Name, Phone Number)
textualContact information for the business or end user, including: (1) the name of the contact person (full given name and family name), (2) the business name when the end user is a business (registered legal name where applicable; may be omitted or stated as 'N/A' for individual end users), and (3) one or more contact phone numbers where the business or end user can be reached. Contact person name and at least one phone number are mandatory; business name is required only when the end user is a business entity. Phone numbers should be in international E.164 format where possible.
Example: Contact: Maria García López | Business: Bloom & Petal Florist Ltd. | Phone: +34 612 345 678. For individual end users: Contact: John Smith | Business: N/A | Phone: +1 (555) 123-4567.
- 2
VAT or Tax ID Number
textualA valid Value Added Tax registration number or Tax Identification Number issued by the relevant national tax authority. The submitted value must conform to the format used by the issuing country. The number must correspond to the entity named on the order. Either a VAT number (typically with a country prefix) or a Tax ID (typically without a country prefix) is acceptable.
Example: 1234567-0 (a Finnish business ID), DE123456789 (a German VAT), 12-3456789 (a U.S. EIN), or 123456789 (a generic 9-digit national tax number). Format must match the issuing country's standard.
- 3
Company Registration Certificate (Local Language or English)
documentA copy of the company registration or incorporation certificate for the company placing the order. The certificate does not need to be issued in the same country as the phone number being ordered. The document is acceptable as long as it is issued by a recognized company registrar in the country where the company is registered and is written either in English or in the local language of the country of company registration. The document must show the registered legal company name matching the order, the unique registration or incorporation number, the date of registration, the registered business address, and the issuing authority. Submitted as a clear color scan or original PDF.
Example: A Companies House certificate (UK, in English), a Handelsregisterauszug (Germany, in German), or an Extrait Kbis (France, in French), each showing the company's legal name, registration number, registration date, and registered office address.
- 4
Physical Address Within the Country of the Phone Number (National)
addressA valid, real-world physical address located in the same country as the phone number being purchased. The address must include street name and number, postal or ZIP code, city, region or province (where applicable), and country. The address does not need to match the specific city or area code of the number; any address within the national borders is acceptable. P.O. boxes, virtual office addresses, mailbox-only services, and addresses outside the country of the phone number are not acceptable. The address should match the address shown on supporting identity or business registration documents where those are also required.
Example: For a Spanish phone number: Calle de Alcalá 42, 28014 Madrid, Spain. For a German phone number: Friedrichstraße 123, 10117 Berlin, Germany. The address must be a deliverable physical location, not a P.O. box or virtual mailbox.
- 5
Contact Email Address of End Client
textualA valid email address for the end client (the natural person or business that will use the phone number), used for compliance follow-up. The submitted value must be a syntactically valid email address (max 150 characters) and should reach the end client directly. Generic or shared role-based addresses (e.g., info@, contact@) are acceptable but a personal address tied to the named end client is preferred.
Example: maria.garcia@bloomandpetal.com or contact@acme-coffee.de. The address must be syntactically valid (matching the standard email format) and should be a working address.
- 6
Company Name (Full Legal Name)
textualThe full legal name of the company associated with the phone number, exactly as registered with the relevant national company registry. The name must include any legal suffix such as 'LLC', 'Ltd.', 'GmbH', 'S.A.', 'S.r.l.', or equivalent. Maximum 150 characters, minimum 1 character. Trade names and informal abbreviations without legal status are not acceptable; the registered legal name is required.
Example: Telnyx LLC, Acme Florist Limited, Bloom & Petal GmbH, or Empresa Ejemplo S.A. The submitted name must match the company's official registration certificate; informal trading names ('Acme', 'Bloom') without the legal suffix are not acceptable.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a toll-free number in Finland?
$60 per month, plus a $200 one-time setup fee the carrier charges to source the number. That is the carrier's published price for this type in Finland; because it is not held in inventory, the carrier confirms the number and the final price before anything is charged. There is no minimum term — the subscription is monthly and you can cancel it whenever you want.
What documents are required for a Finland toll-free number?
6 requirements: Contact Information (Name, Business Name, Phone Number); VAT or Tax ID Number; Company Registration Certificate (Local Language or English); Physical Address Within the Country of the Phone Number (National); Contact Email Address of End Client; Company Name (Full Legal Name). Ringee collects them in the dashboard, submits them to the carrier, and tracks the regulator's review until the number activates.
What can a Finland toll-free number do?
Voice calls in and out, which is what the carrier's price for this type covers. Anything beyond voice — SMS, MMS, fax — depends on the range the carrier sources the number from, so it is confirmed on the order rather than promised here.
How much does calling Finland cost with this number?
Outbound calls to Finland start at $0.0225 per minute and are charged from your workspace credit, separately from your plan. The number's monthly price covers the line itself, not the minutes.
Can an AI voice agent call from this number?
Yes. The same number can be used by people and by AI voice agents. An agent conversation costs $0.0540 per minute plus the call itself, and needs an Organization workspace at $20/month with unlimited users.
How long does activation take?
Longer than a number in stock. The carrier has to source the number for the advance order before it can be activated, and the regulator’s review of your documents runs on top of that — we tell you what the carrier commits to when the order is placed, rather than promise a date here.
