A document evidencing the customer's physical address within the same country as the phone number being purchased, dated within the past 3 months. Acceptable documents include utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, landline telephone), bank statements, tax notices, or government-issued correspondence. The document must clearly show (1) the full name of the individual or registered business name, (2) the complete physical address (street, postal code, city, country), and (3) the document issue date. The document must be submitted as a PDF or clear color scan. Screenshots, handwritten documents, mobile phone bills (when not the proof of residence), and bills older than 3 months are not acceptable.

Example: A PDF of an Iberdrola electricity bill dated within the last 90 days, addressed to the customer at a Spanish residential address, for a Spain phone number order. The bill must show the customer's name, full service address, and the issuer's logo and billing date.

A valid, real-world physical address located in the same country as the phone number being purchased. The address must include street name and number, postal or ZIP code, city, region or province (where applicable), and country. The address does not need to match the specific city or area code of the number; any address within the national borders is acceptable. P.O. boxes, virtual office addresses, mailbox-only services, and addresses outside the country of the phone number are not acceptable. The address should match the address shown on supporting identity or business registration documents where those are also required.

Example: For a Spanish phone number: Calle de Alcalá 42, 28014 Madrid, Spain. For a German phone number: Friedrichstraße 123, 10117 Berlin, Germany. The address must be a deliverable physical location, not a P.O. box or virtual mailbox.

Classification of the identity document type submitted by the end user. The submitted value must be one of the following acceptable values: 'Identity card', 'Driving license', 'Passport', or 'Other'. The selected type must accurately reflect the actual document submitted in the corresponding ID copy requirement.

Example: Identity card, Driving license, Passport, or Other. Submissions must use one of these four exact strings (case-insensitive).

The full legal name of the phone number's end user. For BUSINESSES: the full registered legal company name as it appears on the company's official registration documents (including any legal suffix such as Inc., Ltd., GmbH, S.A., S.r.l.). For INDIVIDUALS: the end user's full given name(s) and family name as they appear on their government-issued ID. Maximum 100 characters, minimum 1 character. Generic placeholders such as 'N/A', 'TBD', or trade-only names without legal status are not acceptable.

Example: Business: 'Telnyx LLC' or 'Acme Florist Limited' (full legal name with suffix). Individual: 'Maria García López' or 'John Adam Smith' (full given and family names matching ID). The submitted name must match supporting documentation.

The place of birth (city and country, at minimum) of the contact person associated with the phone number's account. Submitted as free-text, max 100 characters, min 1 character. The submitted value should match the place of birth shown on the contact person's identity document where one is also provided.

Example: Madrid, Spain. Or: New York, NY, USA. The submitted value should be specific enough to identify a city and country, matching the contact person's identity document.

The expiration date of the identity document submitted by the end user, formatted as YYYY-MM-DD per ISO 8601. The date must be in the future relative to the submission date (the document must not be expired). The expiration date submitted must match the expiration date visible on the corresponding identity document. Formats other than YYYY-MM-DD (such as DD/MM/YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY) are not acceptable and will fail validation.

Example: 2027-08-15 (August 15, 2027). The format must be exactly four-digit year, two-digit month, two-digit day, separated by hyphens. Values such as 15/08/2027, 08-15-2027, or 'August 15 2027' are not acceptable.

Classification of the Italian end user under one of three customer types as required by Italian DID regulations: 'natural person' (private individual), 'legal entity' (incorporated company such as S.r.l. or S.p.A.), or 'sole proprietorship' (ditta individuale or libero professionista). The classification determines which subsequent documentation is required (e.g., Codice Fiscale for natural persons, Partita IVA for legal entities). Example: natural person, legal entity, or sole proprietorship. The submitted value must match one of these three options exactly (case-insensitive). Other values such as 'individual', 'company', or 'business' should be normalized to one of the three.

A clear color copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued identity document for the individual associated with the phone number order, issued by the same country as the phone number. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (front and back) or the biographical data page of a passport. The copy must clearly display the holder's full legal name, photograph, date of birth, document number, issuing authority, issue date, and expiration date. Documents issued by countries other than the order's country are not accepted under this requirement.

Example: A color scan of a Spanish DNI (front and back) for a Spain phone number order, a French Carte Nationale d'Identité for a France order, or the photo and data page of a German Reisepass for a Germany order. All security features and personal details must be legible, and the document must not be expired as of the submission date.

The Italian company tax code (Partita IVA), an 11-digit numeric VAT identifier used to identify Italian businesses for tax and legal purposes. Required for legal entities and sole proprietorships operating in Italy. The submitted value must be exactly 11 digits with no letters, spaces, or punctuation, and must correspond to the business named on the order. Natural persons without business registration should submit a Codice Fiscale instead.

Example: 12345678901 (11 digits, numeric only). Format: NNNNNNNNNNN. Values shorter than 11 digits, longer than 11 digits, or containing any non-numeric character are not acceptable.

The alphanumeric identification number printed on the end user's identity document, submitted as a text value of 1 to 40 characters. The submitted value must exactly match the document number visible on the corresponding identity document (passport, national ID card, driver's license, etc.). Format varies by issuing country and document type.

Example: CB73043AF (Italian Carta d'Identità number), 123456789 (a U.S. passport number), or AB123CD (a UK driver's license number). The submitted value must match the corresponding identity document.

The Italian personal tax code (Codice Fiscale), a 16-character alphanumeric identifier issued by the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate to natural persons and sole proprietorships for tax and administrative purposes. The code is generated from the holder's first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, and gender. The submitted value must follow the format AAAAAA##A##A###A (6 letters, 2 digits, 1 letter, 2 digits, 1 letter, 3 digits, 1 letter) and must correspond to the natural person or sole proprietor named on the order. Legal entities should not submit this; they should submit a Partita IVA instead.

Example: MRTMTT91D08F205J (a sample valid Codice Fiscale for a natural person born in 1991). The format is exactly 16 alphanumeric characters with no spaces or hyphens, matching the regex ^[A-Z]{6}[0-9]{2}[ABCDEHLMPRST][0-9]{2}[A-Z][0-9]{3}[A-Z]$.

An official company registration or incorporation certificate issued by the government registry of the same country as the phone number, submitted as a PDF. Required only for legal entities and sole proprietorships; individual end users should not submit this. The document must show the registered legal name (matching the order), the registration or incorporation number, the registration date, the registered business address in the local country, and the issuing authority. The PDF must be a clear color version (scan or original) and should be dated within the past 3 months.

Example: A PDF Extrait Kbis from the French Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce, a PDF Camerale extract from the Italian Camera di Commercio, or a PDF Companies House certificate for a UK entity, dated within the past 90 days.

The name of the government body that issued the end user's identity document. Submitted as a free-text value, max 40 characters, min 1 character. The submitted value should match the issuing authority printed on the corresponding identity document. Country names alone are acceptable where the document does not specify a sub-authority.

Example: Repubblica Italiana (for an Italian Carta d'Identità), Bundesrepublik Deutschland (German Personalausweis), Government of Canada (Canadian passport), or U.S. Department of State (U.S. passport).

The personal residential address of the legal representative of an Italian legal entity, located in Italy. Required in addition to the company's registered business address when the customer type is 'legal entity'. The address must include street name and number (via and civico), postal code (CAP), city (comune), province (sigla provincia), and country (Italy). Addresses outside Italy are not acceptable for this supplemental requirement. The address should correspond to the legal representative named on the order and should match supporting identity documents where applicable.

Example: Via Roma 42, 20121 Milano, MI, Italy. The address must be a real, deliverable Italian residential address with a valid Italian postal code (CAP).

A valid email address for the end client (the natural person or business that will use the phone number), used for compliance follow-up. The submitted value must be a syntactically valid email address (max 150 characters) and should reach the end client directly. Generic or shared role-based addresses (e.g., info@, contact@) are acceptable but a personal address tied to the named end client is preferred.

Example: maria.garcia@bloomandpetal.com or contact@acme-coffee.de. The address must be syntactically valid (matching the standard email format) and should be a working address.

A valid Value Added Tax (VAT) registration number issued by the relevant national tax authority to a registered legal entity or sole proprietorship. The submitted value must conform to the VAT number format of the issuing country (typically a country prefix followed by 8 to 12 alphanumeric characters). Required only for legal entities and sole proprietorships; individual end users without business registration should not submit this. The VAT number must correspond to the business named on the order.

Example: DE123456789 (Germany), GB123456789 (United Kingdom), FR12345678901 (France), IT12345678901 (Italy), or ES A12345678 (Spain). Format varies by country; the submitted value must match the issuing country's official VAT format.

The end user's full date of birth, submitted in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD). The value must be a real calendar date, must indicate the person is at least 18 years old as of the submission date, and must match the date of birth shown on any accompanying identity document. Future dates and dates implying the person is a minor are not acceptable.

Example: 2002-06-15 (June 15, 2002). The format must be exactly four-digit year, two-digit month, two-digit day, separated by hyphens. Formats such as 06/15/2002, 15-06-2002, or 'June 15 2002' are not acceptable.
