Contact person name and at least one phone number are mandatory; business name is required only when the end user is a business entity. Phone numbers should be in international E.164 format where possible.

A copy of the company registration or incorporation certificate for the company placing the order. The certificate does not need to be issued in the same country as the phone number being ordered. The document is acceptable as long as it is issued by a recognized company registrar in the country where the company is registered and is written either in English or in the local language of the country of company registration. The document must show the registered legal company name matching the order, the unique registration or incorporation number, the date of registration, the registered business address, and the issuing authority. Submitted as a clear color scan or original PDF.

Example: A Companies House certificate (UK, in English), a Handelsregisterauszug (Germany, in German), or an Extrait Kbis (France, in French), each showing the company's legal name, registration number, registration date, and registered office address.

A valid, real-world physical address located anywhere in the world. Must include street name and number, postal code (where applicable), city, region or province (where applicable), and country. The address provided must correspond to a validated physical address (e.g., as enriched via address validation in the Telnyx system). P.O. boxes, virtual office addresses, and mailbox-only services may not be acceptable depending on the order's downstream country requirements; a deliverable physical location is preferred.

A valid Value Added Tax registration number issued by any national tax authority (worldwide), used for value-added tax purposes. The customer should provide the VAT number associated with their business or, if applicable, their individual VAT registration. The submitted value must match the VAT number format of the issuing country (typically a country prefix followed by 8 to 12 alphanumeric characters) and must correspond to the entity named on the order.

Example: DE123456789 (Germany), GB123456789 (UK), FR12345678901 (France), IT12345678901 (Italy), ES A12345678 (Spain), or AU12345678901 (Australia). The exact format depends on the country of issuance.
