Brazil mobile phone number — $10/month
A mobile number sits in the country’s mobile range, which in many markets is the only kind of number people answer — and, where the carrier enables it, the kind that can send and receive SMS.
Available on request. The carrier holds none of these in stock: Ringee places the order for you, and the carrier confirms availability and the final price before anything is charged.
Price verified September 16, 2026 against the carrier's price list. Billed monthly, after a $12 one-time setup fee.

What this number can do
- Voice calls
Voice is what the carrier's price for this type covers. Messaging and fax depend on the range the number is sourced from, so they are confirmed on the order instead of promised here.
Best for
- Markets where a landline number is ignored
- Following a call with a text, where SMS is enabled
- Consumer outreach on mobile-first networks
What Brazil requires
These are the regulator’s own requirements, as the carrier publishes them. Ringee collects each one in the dashboard and tracks the review.
- 1
Proof of Address (National), Recent Utility Bill or Invoice
documentA document evidencing the customer's physical address within the same country as the phone number being purchased, dated within the past 3 months. Acceptable documents include utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, landline telephone), bank statements, tax notices, or government-issued correspondence. The document must clearly show (1) the full name of the individual or registered business name, (2) the complete physical address (street, postal code, city, country), and (3) the document issue date. The document must be submitted as a PDF or clear color scan. Screenshots, handwritten documents, mobile phone bills (when not the proof of residence), and bills older than 3 months are not acceptable.
Example: A PDF of an Iberdrola electricity bill dated within the last 90 days, addressed to the customer at a Spanish residential address, for a Spain phone number order. The bill must show the customer's name, full service address, and the issuer's logo and billing date.
- 2
Cartão CNPJ - Comprovante de Inscrição e Situação Cadastral (Business Use Only)
documentThe official Brazilian business registration document issued by Receita Federal, certifying the registration status of a legal entity. The Cartão CNPJ confirms the CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional de Pessoa Jurídica) number along with the legal business name (razão social), trade name (nome fantasia), registered address, primary and secondary economic activities (CNAE codes), legal nature, registration date, and current registration status (situação cadastral). The document must correspond to the business entity named on the order and must reflect an active status in Receita Federal's records. This field is for Business Use Only and does not accept personal tax identifiers or documents.
Example: A PDF or printed Cartão CNPJ obtained from the Receita Federal portal (solucoes.receita.fazenda.gov.br), displaying a 14-digit CNPJ formatted as XX.XXX.XXX/XXXX-XX (for example, 12.345.678/0001-95), the registered business name, address, CNAE codes, and a "situação cadastral" of ATIVA.
- 3
Contact Information (Name, Business Name, Phone Number)
textualContact information for the business or end user, including: (1) the name of the contact person (full given name and family name), (2) the business name when the end user is a business (registered legal name where applicable; may be omitted or stated as 'N/A' for individual end users), and (3) one or more contact phone numbers where the business or end user can be reached. Contact person name and at least one phone number are mandatory; business name is required only when the end user is a business entity. Phone numbers should be in international E.164 format where possible.
Example: Contact: Maria García López | Business: Bloom & Petal Florist Ltd. | Phone: +34 612 345 678. For individual end users: Contact: John Smith | Business: N/A | Phone: +1 (555) 123-4567.
- 4
ID/Passport Copy (Personal Use Only)
documentA copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued ID or passport for the individual end user. This requirement is for personal use only. The document should show the holder's name, photograph, date of birth, document number, and expiration date.
Example: A scan or photo of a passport biographical data page, or a national ID card.
- 5
Brazilian CPF Tax Number (Personal Use Only)
textualThe Brazilian individual tax identification number for personal end users only. The CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) is an 11-digit Brazilian individual tax ID issued by Receita Federal, formatted as XXX.XXX.XXX-XX. The submitted value must correspond to the individual named on the order and must be active in Receita Federal's records. This field is for Personal Use Only and does not accept business tax identifiers.
Example: 123.456.789-09 or 12345678909 (11 digits). Both dotted and undotted formats are acceptable.
- 6
Physical Address Within the Country of the Phone Number (National)
addressA valid, real-world physical address located in the same country as the phone number being purchased. The address must include street name and number, postal or ZIP code, city, region or province (where applicable), and country. The address does not need to match the specific city or area code of the number; any address within the national borders is acceptable. P.O. boxes, virtual office addresses, mailbox-only services, and addresses outside the country of the phone number are not acceptable. The address should match the address shown on supporting identity or business registration documents where those are also required.
Example: For a Spanish phone number: Calle de Alcalá 42, 28014 Madrid, Spain. For a German phone number: Friedrichstraße 123, 10117 Berlin, Germany. The address must be a deliverable physical location, not a P.O. box or virtual mailbox.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a mobile number in Brazil?
$10 per month, plus a $12 one-time setup fee the carrier charges to source the number. That is the carrier's published price for this type in Brazil; because it is not held in inventory, the carrier confirms the number and the final price before anything is charged. There is no minimum term — the subscription is monthly and you can cancel it whenever you want.
What documents are required for a Brazil mobile number?
6 requirements: Proof of Address (National), Recent Utility Bill or Invoice; Cartão CNPJ - Comprovante de Inscrição e Situação Cadastral (Business Use Only); Contact Information (Name, Business Name, Phone Number); ID/Passport Copy (Personal Use Only); Brazilian CPF Tax Number (Personal Use Only); Physical Address Within the Country of the Phone Number (National). Ringee collects them in the dashboard, submits them to the carrier, and tracks the regulator's review until the number activates.
What can a Brazil mobile number do?
Voice calls in and out, which is what the carrier's price for this type covers. Anything beyond voice — SMS, MMS, fax — depends on the range the carrier sources the number from, so it is confirmed on the order rather than promised here.
How much does calling Brazil cost with this number?
Outbound calls to Brazil start at $0.0175 per minute and are charged from your workspace credit, separately from your plan. The number's monthly price covers the line itself, not the minutes.
Can an AI voice agent call from this number?
Yes. The same number can be used by people and by AI voice agents. An agent conversation costs $0.0540 per minute plus the call itself, and needs an Organization workspace at $20/month with unlimited users.
How long does activation take?
Longer than a number in stock. The carrier has to source the number for the advance order before it can be activated, and the regulator’s review of your documents runs on top of that — we tell you what the carrier commits to when the order is placed, rather than promise a date here.
