P.O. boxes (Postfach), virtual offices, and mailbox-only services are not acceptable. The address must exactly match the address on the supporting document; mismatches between the submitted address and the document address will fail validation.

Example: Friedrichstraße 123, 10117 Berlin, Germany. The submitted address must match the address shown on the customer's German Handelsregisterauszug (for businesses) or German Personalausweis (for individuals).

A signed Letter of Intent (LOI) executed by the end user or their authorized representative within 1 month of the order being placed. The LOI must clearly state the customer's intent to obtain or port the phone number(s), must list the specific numbers covered, and must bear the signing date and the authorized signature. LOIs older than 1 month from the date of the order are not acceptable; a fresh LOI must be obtained.

Example: A PDF Letter of Intent signed by the authorized representative within the past 30 days, listing the phone numbers being requested or ported, the customer's legal name, the signing date, and the representative's signature.

Contact information for the business or end user, including: (1) the name of the contact person (full given name and family name), (2) the business name when the end user is a business (registered legal name where applicable; may be omitted or stated as 'N/A' for individual end users), and (3) one or more contact phone numbers where the business or end user can be reached. An official company registration or incorporation certificate issued by the government registry of the same country as the phone number being purchased. Required for business end users only. The document must clearly show the registered legal company name (matching the order), the unique company registration or incorporation number, the date of registration, the registered business address, and the issuing authority. Should be a clear color scan or original PDF in the local language or English, dated within the past 3 months unless a different timeframe applies at the country level.

Example: For a France phone number: an Extrait Kbis from the Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce. For a UK phone number: a Companies House Certificate of Incorporation. The certificate must display the legal company name, registration number, registration date, and registered office address.

A description, written in the German language, of how the service or phone number will be marketed and promoted to end users. Required for German DID compliance. Must specify the marketing channel(s) used (e.g., web/print/television/radio/other) and the target audience. Descriptions written in English or any language other than German are not acceptable for this requirement; if the customer cannot provide German content, they should request translation assistance.

Example: Die Nummer wird ausschließlich auf unserer Website (www.beispiel.de) und in unserem monatlichen E-Mail-Newsletter beworben. Es findet keine Print-, TV- oder Radiowerbung statt. Zielgruppe sind Geschäftskunden in Deutschland.

A clear color copy of a valid, unexpired government-issued identity document for the individual associated with the phone number order, issued by the same country as the phone number. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (front and back) or the biographical data page of a passport. The copy must clearly display the holder's full legal name, photograph, date of birth, document number, issuing authority, issue date, and expiration date. Documents issued by countries other than the order's country are not accepted under this requirement.

Example: A color scan of a Spanish DNI (front and back) for a Spain phone number order, a French Carte Nationale d'Identité for a France order, or the photo and data page of a German Reisepass for a Germany order. All security features and personal details must be legible, and the document must not be expired as of the submission date.

A document evidencing the company's physical address that matches the registered address shown on the Business Registration Certificate provided. Acceptable documents include utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, landline telephone), commercial lease agreements, bank statements addressed to the business, or government correspondence. The document must show the registered business name, the complete physical address (street, postal code, city, country) exactly matching the Business Registration Certificate, and an issue date within the past 3 months. A Power of Attorney (POA), a legal document in which a company or individual (the grantor) authorizes a named individual (the attorney/Authorized Person) to represent them or act on their behalf with respect to the phone number(s). The document must be current and not expired as of the submission date. Required content: the grantor's full legal name and address, the attorney's full legal name, the scope of authority (must clearly include actions related to phone numbers / telecommunications services), the effective date, the expiration date or term, and the grantor's signature. Where required by jurisdiction, the document must be notarized or signed by a lawyer.

Example: A PDF Power of Attorney signed by the grantor (and, where required, notarized or signed by a lawyer), naming the authorized person, specifying authority over phone-number-related actions, with an effective date in the past or present, and an expiration date in the future.

A description, written in the German language, of how the customer intends to use the phone number(s) and underlying service. Required for German DID compliance. The description must clearly explain the calling activity (e.g., Kundensupport, Vertrieb, Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung) and the business context. Descriptions written in English or any language other than German are not acceptable for this requirement; if the customer cannot provide German content, they should request translation assistance. Vague or generic descriptions ('Geschäftliche Nutzung') without specifics are not acceptable.
